Due to an increase in the volume of sales of our services in foreign markets, the company is forced to optimise its operations and keep up with all the latest trends in the field of information technology, and therefore, we seek to set up an e-business project to accelerate all business processes. As part of the project, an analysis of the current state of the website will be made, and a descriptive definition of individual actions will be prepared, based on the information identified. The plan will outline all project activities that include the implementation of the following measures:
  • electronic exchange between partners;
  • digitisation of appearances at fairs;
  • websites for foreign markets;
  • product sales video;
  • competence building and training.
The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company, which will enter the digital world through the implementation of measures that will significantly simplify the business and transition of the company to e-business, thus introducing itself to new potential customers as a company pursuing new technologies and development.
